Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using CoachLeap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Use of Service
CoachLeap provides a 360-degree feedback and evaluation platform for athletic departments. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscription and Payment
The Service is offered on an annual subscription basis at $3,000/year for a single school. Payment is processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including evaluation data, survey responses, and reports. We do not sell your data to third parties. Upon cancellation, your data is available for export for 30 days.
